Set Your Social Media Goals

Are you having trouble getting started posting on social media for your business?

Many small businesses are so focused on having a social media presence they forget to set goals around why they are putting in the effort in the first place. It can be hard to start something without an end goal in mind.

To set your goals, think about what you want to accomplish with your posts. Here are some common social media goals for small businesses:

  • Do you have a lead magnet to download?

Once you know why you are posting, it will be easier to set metrics around those goals and measure your progress. As the saying goes, “Strive for progress, not perfection.”
